I’m Ross - but then again, you probably already knew that. I live in Glasgow, Scotland. Nice enough place to live, lived here all my life, but wouldn’t mind nicer weather at times!

I am currently working for a small ISP/Telecoms company in Glasgow - I’m also kept busy with things like development of web-based applications and websites, as well as general consultancy on a freelance basis.

I love working in Techncial Theatre - i.e. Lighting, Sound and Effects and don’t get to work in this area nearly as much as I’d like to. My main involvement with theatre recently has been working at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, although I am keen to improve on that - maybe find a bit of part-time casual tech work (if you happen to own a venue / theatre in Glasgow or Edinburgh - eMail me!)

I also enjoy, but amn’t particularly good at, photography. Some examples are available at http://iross.net/photos - probably best to look in the Scenic and Misc. categories if you’re looking for something that may constitute a good photograph as opposed to just some of my many 1000s of random digital snaps.

There’s also a moblog that’s currently less used due to my move to an iPhone - wonderful device as it may be, it’s camera has nothing on my old Sony Ericsson k800i and I’ve lost the ability to post directly to the moblog (although in theory I could email photos to it) … will fix my moblog at some point hopefully.
